Current Payment Options

Nest & Nurture Counseling & Consultation is currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming, Wyoming Medicaid, and Optum Behavioral Health. Clients with eligible plans may use their insurance benefits for covered counseling services. Coverage, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and other member responsibilities vary by individual plan.

Nest & Nurture Counseling & Consultation also accepts self-pay/private-pay clients. Payment is due at the time of each scheduled session unless other payment arrangements have been established.

Insurance Processing

Nest & Nurture Counseling & Consultation will process insurance claims for clients when applicable, including plans for which the practice is out-of-network. Insurance coverage and reimbursement are determined by the client’s individual insurance plan and are not guaranteed.

Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider before beginning services to confirm their mental health benefits, deductible requirements, copays, coinsurance, out-of-network benefits, and any other plan requirements.

Client Financial Responsibility

The client remains responsible for all charges associated with services provided by Nest & Nurture Counseling & Consultation, regardless of insurance coverage or reimbursement.

This may include deductibles, copays, coinsurance, non-covered services, denied claims, out-of-network charges, or any remaining balance determined to be the client’s responsibility by their insurance plan.

While Nest & Nurture Counseling & Consultation will make reasonable efforts to submit and process insurance claims, the practice cannot guarantee payment or reimbursement from an insurance company. Any balance not paid by the insurance provider is the responsibility of the client.

Nest & Nurture Counseling & Consultation is actively working toward becoming an in-network provider with additional insurance plans. Updates regarding accepted in-network insurance providers will be posted on this page as credentialing is completed.
